1. What does coaching provide?
Working with a coach provides an avenue for developing the skills to create the life you want. A coach can guide you through the process of examining your own life in order to figure out what’s working and what needs to change. In encouraging you to examine and reflect, a coach helps you find clarity in your personal and professional life.
Keep in mind that coaching is not therapy. Therapy is a powerful tool for people that are facing challenges such as grief, addiction, abuse, and depression. RockStar Consulting is not the right fit if you are seeking a therapist, and we encourage you to seek the appropriate help if you are struggling with serious psychological issues.
Coaching can help you make your life more than it is now. Whatever the next level in your career and/or life may be, that is where coaching aims to take you. The coaching process at RockStar Consulting will give you the structure and opportunity for you to focus on areas in your life that you want to improve.
2. Who works with a coach?
All kinds of people work with a coach. There are coaches for every life stage, profession, and goal. At RockStar Consulting, we focus on working with sales professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals whose role combines all of the above (i.e., financial planners, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, real estate agents)
3. Why do people seek coaching?
Everyone seeks coaching for different reasons. Here are some of the reasons clients have worked with us:
- Wanting more professional success.
- Feeling overwhelmed by their job and the little things that crowd the day.
- Searching for personal/professional balance in life.
- Achieving a specific goal that has remained out of reach.
- Having outward success but still feeling “disconnected” on the inside.
- Feeling that there is more to life than what they are getting so far.
This list is in no way comprehensive. Your goals may match some of the above, or they might be completely unique. Either way, we are confident that working with a coach can help.
4. How can a coach help me?
A coach is like a personal trainer, but instead of helping you get physically fit, a coach helps you become more “in shape” as a whole person. Using a combination of practical tools a coach will help you figure out the life you want and what you need to do to get there. Then a coach will work with you on that path. A coach will encourage you and set you onto the right path. A coach will not do the work for you.
Looking honestly at your life as it is, and figuring out where you want it to go can be a difficult process. This is what a coach is for. You can develop the right answers if you learn how to ask the right questions!
5. How will working with a coach at RockStar Consulting benefit me?

- Knowledge
- Accountability
- Clarity
- Perspective
