RockStar M.A.P. (Maintenance Accountability Passion)
Coaching Series™

The M.A.P. Coaching Series is a program designed as a follow-up for RockStar Consulting clients who have already worked through the Signature Coaching Series™. It’s designed to help clients maintain and deepen the progress they have already made through their initial coaching, and gives them a forum for continued coaching and interaction.

In the Signature Series the client spends a lot of time understanding where they have been and where they want to go — their destination. Like any long trip, however, it’s good to refer to the map as you go, to make sure you are still on course. The M.A.P. Series is an opportunity for the client to continually refer to the map they’ve created as they go through their journey.

How It Works

• The M.A.P. Coaching Series™ is a 12-week program designed to maintain the progress developed during the Signature Coaching Series™.
• To begin, the coach and client meet for a short 15-20 minute session to outline the areas the client wants to focus on and the goals they want to achieve.
• The coach and client meet by phone for an hour every other week (for a total of 6 sessions).
• At least 24 hours before the session, the client completes and emails the M.A.P. Update Form.
• The coach is available by email throughout the week and will respond to email questions within 24 hours, unless the client has been notified that we’re not checking email (because of a vacation, for example).
• The coach is also available by phone throughout the week for quick phone-calls (5-10 minutes) to provide additional support, answer questions, or just be someone to celebrate with.

You’ll have a trusted advisor to hold you accountable to the plans you have made, and you’ll have a resource to handle new challenges and situations.
