RockStar Signature Coaching Series™

The Signature Coaching Series is our one-on-one coaching process where you:

1. Clarify and define your objectives,
2. Create a practical plan for achieving them,
3. Then, implement those steps.

You can improve your ability to sell and market yourself and your services, prioritize your time use, act on your most important goals, and find better harmony between your professional and personal time use.

How It Works

• The Series is a 12-week program designed to carry you through the personal and professional changes you want. It’s designed to be long enough to help you make substantive changes to your habits and thinking, but not so long that it becomes a crutch.
• Each week the client and coach meet for a one hour session. This is at a specific time to increase accountability — the client knows exactly when they are going to discuss their progress. Because the sessions are by phone you don't have to worry about travel time and logistics. Just find a quiet place where you can focus and you are ready to rock.
• The coach is available by email and phone throughout the week to provide additional support, answer questions, or just be someone to celebrate with.
• During the week, the client works on assignments that can range from writing to reading to contemplation to taking a cooking class. At each coaching call, the coach will follow up to help hold the client accountable to the goals that they themselves have created and committed to.

Coaching strives to help you arrive at your own answers — answers that work for you. We'll be here to support you as you take action on those steps that will help you create a the personal and professional life you want.
